Black Belt Profiles

Name: James

Current Grade & Date Achieved: 1st Dan (Dec 2011)

Training Club: Streetly -Four Oaks - Walmley

TKD Achievements:

In TKD, my flexibility has gotten way better than before, and my reflexes have gotten way quicker, and from that, I have done all my gradings and got A-passes on all of them. I have been to the Bytomic tournament in Windsor twice and won a bronze medal for individual sparring and received Bytomic Tournament Best Junior Boy (June 2009).

I have also got the 'Student of the Year' award in 2008 and it was a great achievement. I have also taken part in all of the charity events since joining Sutton TKD when I was six years old, and we have raised lots and lots of money. I have enjoyed doing all of my patterns because I love doing the moves in them. I am really looking forward to doing
all the black belt patterns, and the ones I have already learnt are great fun.

Future Goals: My future goals are to carry on TKD and get more medals and get some more trophies and be a very good role model to other students who do TKD.
